Incorrect Pricing or Information

Placing Orders

Shipping Information

● Orders under 500g are shipped via air and may arrive within 3-4 days.
● Orders over 500g are shipped via ground and may arrive within 7 working days.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We ensure that products are quality checked before delivery. If you receive an inaccurate product or quantity, please tell us within 24 hours. Any return requests must include your order details and invoice.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days, subject to meeting the criteria outlined in this agreement. A 2% bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a product is priced incorrectly due to a typographical error, we will either cancel the order or issue a credit note.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 1 hour, providing your order details.

Quantity Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per order, or per household. This may apply to orders placed using the same account, credit/debit card, or shipping address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Any refund requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
